Kenyataan Akhbar KPK 11 Oktober 2020 – Situasi Semasa Jangkitan Penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) di Malaysia

STATUS TERKINI KES DISAHKAN COVID-19 YANG TELAH PULIH

Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat 133 kes yang telah pulih COVID-19 pada hari ini. Jumlah kumulatif kes yang telah pulih sepenuhnya dari COVID-19 adalah 10,913 kes (69.7 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

STATUS TERKINI KES COVID-19 DI MALAYSIA

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020 pukul 12:00 tengah hari, 561 kes baharu telah dilaporkan hari ini. Ini menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 15,657 kes. Oleh itu, jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 adalah 4,587 kes. Mereka telah diasingkan dan diberi rawatan.

Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 561 kes baharu yang dilaporkan, lapan (8) kes adalah kes import yang telah mendapat jangkitan dari luar negara iaitu dari:

  • Indonesia: tiga (3) kes dilaporkan di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (1 warganegara, 2 bukan warganegara);
  • China: dua (2) kes dilaporkan di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (2 warganegara);
  • Singapura: satu (1) kes dilaporkan di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (1 warganegara);
  • Kemboja: satu (1) kes dilaporkan di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (1 warganegara); dan
  • Arab Saudi: satu (1) kes dilaporkan di Selangor (1 bukan warganegara).

Daripada 553 kes penularan di dalam negara, 494 kes adalah warganegara Malaysia dan 59 kes adalah bukan warganegara. Daripada 553 kes penularan di dalam negara, 11 kes pula merupakan pengunjung yang pulang dari Sabah, sekaligus menjadikan jumlah kes dilaporkan mempunyai sejarah perjalanan ke Sabah sejak 20 September 2020 sebanyak 353 kes.

Perincian kes penularan COVID-19 dalam negara adalah seperti berikut:

  • Sabah: 488 kes
    • 22 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Surat;
    • 15 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Kasih;
    • 13 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Khazanah; dan
    • 438 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19 yang akan diperincikan kemudian.
  • Selangor: 25 kes
    • 11 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Lima (5) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
    • Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Sungei Way;
    • Dua (2) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah);
    • Dua (2) kes daripada saringan individu bergejala: dan
    • Dua (2) kes daripada saringan pra pembedahan.
  • Kedah: 16 kes
    • 15 kes daripada saringan Kluster Tembok; dan
    • Satu (1) saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur: Lapan (8) kes
    • Empat (4) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Sungei Way;
    • Dua (2) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
    • Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kendiri COVID-19; dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada saringan bergejala COVID-19.
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan: Lima (5) kes
    • Tiga (3) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah);
    • Satu kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Bah Bundle; dan
    • Satu (1) kes saringan masuk hospital di Hospital Labuan.
  • Johor: Tiga (3) kes
    • Tiga (3) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah).
  • Melaka: Tiga (3) kes
    • Tiga (3) kes saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Terengganu: Tiga (3) kes
    • Dua (2) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah); dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Perak: Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Pulau Pinang: Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga kini, terdapat 90 kes positif COVID-19 yang sedang dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), di mana 29 kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.

Daripada maklumat terkini yang dilaporkan ke Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) Kebangsaan, dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertambahan dua (2) kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19. Justeru, jumlah kumulatif kes kematian COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 157 kes (1.0 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

LIMA (5) KLUSTER BAHARU DILAPORKAN HARI INI

KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat lima (5) kluster baharu telah dikenal pasti pada hari ini iaitu di negeri:

  • Sabah – Tiga (3) kluster;
  • Selangor – Satu (1) kluster; dan
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan – Satu (1) kluster.

1)KLUSTER KASIH, SABAH

Kluster baharu ini telah dikenal pasti di daerah Lahad Datu, Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-12509) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan petugas kesihatan pada 27 September 2020. Mereka telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Lahad Datu, Sabah. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengenal pasti 33 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 1,838 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 34 kes dikesan positif COVID-19;
  • Tiada individu negatif; dan
  • 1,804 individu masih menunggu keputusan.

2) KLUSTER SURAT, SABAH

Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Sandakan, Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-15097) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala dan telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Lahad Datu, Sabah. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan 24 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 74 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 25 kes dikesan positif COVID-19;
  • Tiada individu negatif; dan
  • 49 individu masih menunggu keputusan.

3) KLUSTER KHAZANAH, SABAH

Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Lahad Datu di negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-14842) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan kontak rapat pada 9 Oktober 2020 dan telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Lahad Datu, Sabah. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan 13 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 652 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 14 kes dikesan positif COVID-19;
  • Tiada individu negatif; dan
  • 638 individu masih menunggu keputusan.

4) KLUSTER SUNGEI WAY, SELANGOR DAN WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR

Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Petaling dan Gombak, Selangor dan daerah Titiwangsa, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-14307) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 7 Oktober 2020 dan dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh, Selangor. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengenal pasti 17 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 149 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 18 kes dikesan positif COVID-19;
  • 124 individu negatif; dan
  • Tujuh (7) individu masih menunggu keputusan.

5) KLUSTER BAH BUNDLE, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN LABUAN

Kluster baharu ini melibatkan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-11771) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah) pada 2 Oktober 2020 dan dimasukkan ke Hospital Labuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengenal pasti dua (2) lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 11 Oktober 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 430 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • Tiga (3) kes dikesan positif COVID-19;
  • 131 individu negatif; dan
  • 296 individu masih menunggu keputusan.

NASIHAT KESIHATAN BERKAITAN COVID-19

KKM ingin menasihati orang ramai agar terus patuhi saranan serta nasihat-nasihat kesihatan yang sering ditekankan. Jadikanlah nasihat-nasihat ini satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian:

  • Elakkan 3S / 3C : iaitu elakkan kawasan yang sesak (Crowded place), elakkan kawasan yang sempit (Confined space) dan elak sembang atau bertutur dengan jarak yang dekat (Close conversation).
  • Amalkan 3W : iaitu kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun (Wash), memakai alat pelitup muka (facemask) di tempat awam yang telah diwajibkan oleh pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) mulai 1 Ogos 2020 atau jika bergejala (Wear), dan (Warn) iaitu amaran dari KKM yang lebih berkonsep peringatan seperti:
  • Elakkan bersalaman / bersentuhan termasuk melagakan mana-mana bahagian tubuh badan sebagai menggantikan cara kebiasaan bersalam;
    • Amalkan etika batuk dan bersin;
    • Dapatkan rawatan segera jika bergejala;
    • Duduk di rumah dan elakkan kunjung-mengunjung; 
    • Lakukan aktiviti disinfeksi dan pembersihan di kawasan yang kerap disentuh.

Patuhlah kepada S.O.P sebagai normal baharu iaitu:

  • S : Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP);
  • O : Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan;
  • P : Penjarakan fizikal (physical distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter diamalkan pada setiap masa.

KKM akan terus memantau perkembangan kejadian jangkitan di dalam negara, dan juga luar negara melalui maklumat yang diperolehi daripada pihak Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO). Orang ramai akan sentiasa dimaklumkan sebarang perkembangan terkini mengenainya. Begitu juga, KKM akan memastikan langkah pencegahan dan kawalan yang sewajarnya adalah dilaksanakan secara berterusan.

UPDATES ON THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)

SITUATION IN MALAYSIA

11 October 2020

Current Status of Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Who Have Recovered

The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 133 cases have fully recovered and discharged today. Cumulatively, 10,913 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (69.7% of total cumulative cases).

Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia

11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 561 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are 15,657 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 4,587 active and infective COVID-19 cases. They have all been isolated and given treatment.

Of the 561 cases reported today, eight (8) are imported cases who were infected overseas, travellers from:

  • Indonesia – 3 cases reported in Kuala Lumpur (1 Malaysian, 2 non-Malaysian)
  • China – 2 cases reported in Kuala Lumpur (2 Malaysians)
  • Singapore – 1 case reported in Kuala Lumpur (1 Malaysian)
  • Cambodia – 1 case reported in Kuala Lumpur (1 Malaysian)
  • Saudi Arabia – 1 case reported in Selangor (1 non-Malaysian)

Of the 553 local transmission cases, 494 cases are Malaysians and 59 cases non-Malaysians. Of the 553 local transmission cases, 11 cases are individuals with history of travel from Sabah; therefore, cumulatively there are now 353 cases with a history of travel to Sabah since 20 September 2020.

The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:

  • Sabah: 488 cases
    • 22 cases from the Surat Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 15 cases from the Kasih Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 13 cases from the Khazanah Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 438 cases from other COVID-19 screenings (that will be detailed separately).
  • Selangor: 25 cases
    • 11 cases from existing clusters
    • 5 cases from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
    • 3 cases from the Sungei Way Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 2 cases from screening of individuals returning from high-risk areas (Sabah).
    • 2 cases from symptomatic screening.
    • 2 cases from pre-surgery screening.
  • Kedah: 16 cases
    • 15 cases from the Tembok Cluster.
    • 1 case from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
  • Kuala Lumpur: 8 cases
    • 4 cases from the Sungei Way Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 2 cases from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
    • 1 case from self-initiated COVID-19 screening.
    • 1 case from symptomatic screening.
  • Labuan: 5 cases
    • 3 cases from screening of individuals returning from high-risk areas (Sabah).
    • 1 case from the Bah Bundle Cluster, a new cluster.
    • 1 case from hospital pre-admission screening in Labuan Hospital.
  • Johor: 3 cases from screening of individuals returning from high-risk areas (Sabah).
  • Melaka: 3 cases from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
  • Terengganu: 3 cases
    • 2 cases from screening of individuals returning from high-risk areas (Sabah).
    • 1 case from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
  • Perak: 1 case from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.
  • Pulau Pinang: 1 case from screening of close contacts to confirmed COVID-19 cases.

Currently, 90 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with 29 patients on ventilation support.

Regretfully, two (2) additional COVID-19 deaths were reported to the National CPRC MOH today. Cumulatively, there are now 157 COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia (1.0% of total cumulative cases).

Five New Clusters Reported Today

MOH would like to inform that there are five new clusters have been identified today:

  • Sabah – 3 clusters
  • Selangor – 1 cluster
  • WP Labuan – 1 cluster

1)The Kasih Cluster, Sabah

This new cluster was identified in the Lahad Datu district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 12,509) was detected positive for COVID-19 as a result of healthcare worker screening on 27 September 2020 and admitted into Lahad Datu Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified 33 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,838 individuals have been screened. The screening results are as follows:

  • 34 confirmed COVID-19 cases
  • No individual tested negative
  • 1,804 individuals awaiting results

2) The Surat Cluster, Sabah

This new cluster involves the Sandakan district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 15,097) was detected positive for COVID-19 as a result of symptomatic screening and was admitted into Lahad Datu Hospital, Sabah. Screening of close contacts has detected 24 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 74 individuals have been screened. The screening results are as follows:

  • 25 confirmed COVID-19 cases
  • No individual tested negative
  • 49 individuals awaiting results

3) The Khazanah Cluster, Sabah

This new cluster involves the Lahad Datu district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 14,842) was detected positive for COVID-19 through screening of close contacts on 9 October 2020 and admitted into Lahad Datu Hospital. Screening of close contacts has detected 13 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 652 individuals have been screened. The screening results are as follows:

  • 14 confirmed COVID-19 cases
  • No individual tested negative
  • 638 individuals awaiting results

4) The Sungei Way Cluster, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur

This new cluster involves the Petaling district and Gombak district, Selangor and Titiwangsa district, Kuala Lumpur. The index case for this cluster (Case 14,307) was detected positive for COVID-19 through symptomatic screening on 7 October 2020 and admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital. Screening of close contacts has detected 17 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 149 individuals have been screened. The screening results are as follows:

  • 18 confirmed COVID-19 cases
  • 124 individuals tested negative
  • 7 individuals awaiting results

5) The Bah Bundle Cluster, WP Labuan

This new cluster involves WP Labuan. The index case for this cluster (Case 11,771) was detected positive for COVID-19 through screening of returnees from high risk areas (Sabah) on 2 October 2020 and admitted into Labuan Hospital. Screening of close contacts has detected two (2) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 11 October 2020, 12 pm, a total of 430 individuals have been screened. The screening results are as follows:

  • Three (3) confirmed COVID-19 cases
  • 131 individuals tested negative
  • 296 individuals awaiting results

Health Advisory on COVID-19

MOH advices the public to continue to comply to the recommendations and health advisories that are often emphasised. These advisories must be incorporated as the new normal in our daily life, including:

  • Avoid the 3Cs: Avoid Crowded places; Confined spaces; and Close conversations.
  • Practice the 3Ws: Wash hands frequently with water and soap; Wearing facemasks is now mandatory in public areas (starting from 1 August 2020 as directed by the National Security Council) or highly recommended if symptomatic; Warn self and others for the following, in line with MOH’s advisories:
  • Avoid shaking hands or touching others, including bumping parts of the body in lieu of shaking hands
    • Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette
    • Seek early treatment if symptomatic
    • Stay at home and avoid from visiting others
    • Regularly clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces in common areas

In addition to the SOPs, continue to adhere to THiS as the new normal:

  • T: Terms set under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)
  • Hi: High-risk groups such as children, infants, older adults and the disabled must be protected, and if unwell with symptoms, to seek early treatment
  • S: Safe physical distancing is practiced at all times, of at least 1 metre away from others

MOH will continue to monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, both in the country as well as internationally, based on available information from the World Health Organization (WHO). The public will be continuously updated on the latest information. In addition, MOH will ensure that appropriate preventive and control measures are continuously implemented.
