STATUS TERKINI KES DISAHKAN COVID-19 YANG TELAH PULIH
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa pada hari ini, Malaysia mencatatkan bilangan kes pulih COVID-19 sebanyak 875 kes. Ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes yang telah pulih sepenuhnya dari COVID-19 adalah 23,995 kes (69.8 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).
Pecahan kes yang sembuh adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah (549 kes);
- Selangor (149 kes);
- Pulau Pinang (110 kes);
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (20 kes);
- Johor (13 kes);
- Kedah (10 kes);
- Perak (9 kes);
- Negeri Sembilan (7 kes);
- Melaka (3 kes);
- Sarawak (2 kes);
- Kelantan (2 kes); dan
- Terengganu (1 kes).
STATUS TERKINI KES COVID-19 DI MALAYSIA
Secara keseluruhannya, sehingga 3 November 2020 pukul 12:00 tengah hari, sebanyak 1,054 kes baharu telah dilaporkan menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 34,393 kes. Manakala, jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 pula adalah 10,135 kes.
Dimaklumkan pada hari ini, negeri Sabah mencatatkan jumlah sebanyak 678 kes (64.3 peratus) daripada keseluruhan kes positif harian. Sebanyak 310 kes (29.4 peratus) yang dilaporkan pula adalah berkaitan kluster-kluster penjara dan Pusat Tahanan Sementara (PTS). Daripada jumlah itu, Kluster Rumah Merah menyumbang sebanyak 229 kes (73.9 peratus).
Negeri-negeri di Lembah Klang pula mencatatkan 150 kes (14.2 peratus) daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes. Manakala, Wilayah Persekutuan (WP) Labuan pula mencatatkan 81 (7.7 peratus) kes positif pada hari ini. Kelima-lima negeri ini telah menyumbang sebanyak 909 kes (86.2 peratus) secara keseluruhan. Ini adalah berikutan lebih banyak saringan yang dijalankan di negeri-negeri yang masih berada dalam Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB).
Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 1,054 kes baharu pada hari ini, terdapat 14 kes import yang mendapat jangkitan dari luar negara yang melibatkan tiga (3) warganegara dan 11 bukan warganegara yang tiba dari negara:
- Korea Selatan (4 kes);
- Jepun (2 kes);
- Filipina (2 kes);
- Uzbekistan (1 kes);
- China (1 kes);
- Hong Kong (1 kes);
- Nepal (1 kes);
- United Kingdom (1 kes); dan
- Republik Maldives (1 kes).
Daripada 1,040 kes penularan di dalam negara, tujuh (7) kes merupakan pengunjung yang pulang dari Sabah. Ini menjadikan jumlah kes dilaporkan mempunyai sejarah perjalanan ke Sabah sejak 20 September 2020 adalah sebanyak 478 kes.
Perincian kes penularan COVID-19 dalam negara adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah: 678 kes
- 290 kes daripada kluster- kluster sedia ada;
- 221 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- Satu (1) kes saringan Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
- 166 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Selangor: 124 kes
- 61 kes daripada kluster- kluster sedia ada;
- 35 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- 28 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan : 81 kes
- 58 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- 15 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- Tiga (3) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah); dan
- Lima (5) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Negeri Sembilan : 71 kes
- 53 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk 10 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Cergas;
- 11 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Tujuh (7) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Pulau Pinang : 35 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk dua (2) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Permatang.
- Sarawak : 21 kes
- 13 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- Tiga (3) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah);
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Empat (4) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Kedah : 12 kes
- 10 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk satu (1) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Permatang;
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur : 10 kes
- Empat (4) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- Tiga (3) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- Satu (1) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah); dan
- Dua (2) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya : Tiga (3) kes
- Dua (2) kes daripada kluster sedia ada; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Perak : Dua (2) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada.
- Johor : Satu (1) kes daripada kluster sedia ada.
- Melaka : Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Terengganu : Satu (1) kes daripada kluster sedia ada.
Sehingga kini, terdapat 94 kes positif COVID-19 yang sedang dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), di mana 32 kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.
Daripada maklumat terkini yang dilaporkan ke Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) Kebangsaan, dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertambahan 12 kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19. Justeru, jumlah kumulatif kes kematian COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 263 kes (0.8 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

KKM mengucapkan takziah kepada semua ahli keluarga mereka.
KLUSTER BATU DIISYTIHAR TAMAT
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa Kluster Batu telah tamat pada hari ini. Kluster ini melibatkan negeri Perak.
Sehingga 3 November 2020, seramai 1,174 orang telah disaring. Daripada jumlah ini, tujuh (7) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 dan baki 1,167 orang adalah negatif. Kadar positiviti bagi kluster ini adalah 0.60%. Tiada kes kematian dilaporkan dalam kluster ini.
DUA (2) KLUSTER BAHARU DILAPORKAN HARI INI
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat dua (2) kluster baharu telah dikenal pasti pada hari ini iaitu;
KLUSTER CERGAS
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Seremban di Negeri Sembilan. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-30751) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 29 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 11 lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kes-kes tersebut telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Rembau, Hospital Tampin dan Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar.
Sehingga 3 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 144 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 12 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (10 kes baharu);
- 126 individu dikesan negatif; dan
- Enam (6) individu masih menunggu keputusan.
KLUSTER PERMATANG
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kulim di negeri Kedah serta daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Seberang Perai Utara dan Timur Laut di negeri Pulau Pinang. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-34174) adalah kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI) di sebuah pusat perubatan swasta dan telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 pada 31 Oktober 2020. Kes indeks kemudian dipindahkan ke Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), Hospital Pulau Pinang. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak tujuh (7) lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Pulau Pinang.
Sehingga 3 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 97 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Lapan (8) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (3 kes baharu);
- 74 individu dikesan negatif; dan
- 15 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
NASIHAT KESIHATAN BERKAITAN COVID-19
KKM ingin menasihati orang ramai agar terus patuhi saranan serta nasihat-nasihat kesihatan yang sering ditekankan. Jadikanlah nasihat-nasihat ini satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian:
- Elakkan 3S / 3C : iaitu elakkan kawasan yang sesak (Crowded place), elakkan kawasan yang sempit (Confined space) dan elak sembang atau bertutur dengan jarak yang dekat (Close conversation).
- Amalkan 3W : iaitu kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun (Wash), memakai alat pelitup muka (facemask) di tempat awam yang telah diwajibkan oleh pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) mulai 1 Ogos 2020 atau jika bergejala (Wear), dan (Warn) iaitu amaran dari KKM yang lebih berkonsep peringatan seperti:
- Elakkan bersalaman / bersentuhan termasuk melagakan mana-mana bahagian tubuh badan sebagai menggantikan cara kebiasaan bersalam;
- Amalkan etika batuk dan bersin;
- Dapatkan rawatan segera jika bergejala;
- Duduk di rumah dan elakkan kunjung-mengunjung;
- Lakukan aktiviti disinfeksi dan pembersihan di kawasan yang kerap disentuh.
Patuhlah kepada S.O.P sebagai normal baharu iaitu:
- S : Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP);
- O : Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan;
- P : Penjarakan fizikal (physical distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter diamalkan pada setiap masa.
KKM akan terus memantau perkembangan kejadian jangkitan di dalam negara, dan juga luar negara melalui maklumat yang diperolehi daripada pihak Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO). Orang ramai akan sentiasa dimaklumkan sebarang perkembangan terkini mengenainya. Begitu juga, KKM akan memastikan langkah pencegahan dan kawalan yang sewajarnya adalah dilaksanakan secara berterusan.

SITUATION IN MALAYSIA

Current Status of Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Who Have Recovered
The Ministry of Health (MOH) is pleased to inform that today Malaysia reported 875 COVID-19 recovery cases. Therefore, cumulatively, 23,995 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (69.8% of total cumulative cases).
The breakdown of recovery cases by states is as follows:
- Sabah (549 cases)
- Selangor (149 cases)
- Pulau Pinang (110 cases)
- WP Labuan (20 cases)
- Johor (13 cases)
- Kedah (10 cases)
- Perak (9 cases)
- Negeri Sembilan (7 cases)
- Melaka (3 cases)
- Sarawak (2 cases)

Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia
As of 3 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,054 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively, there are 34,393 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 10,135 active and infective COVID-19 cases.
Today, Sabah reported 678 cases (64.3%) from the total additional cases reported today. A total of 310 cases (29.4% of the total) related to the prison and temporary detention centre clusters are reported today. Of these, 229 cases (73.9%) are from the Rumah Merah Cluster.
The states in the Klang Valley reported 150 cases (14.2%) of the total number of cases. WP Labuan reported 81 confirmed cases (7.7%) today. These five states accounted for 909 cases (86.2%) in total. This is due to additional screening activities implemented in these states still under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
Of the 1,054 additional cases reported today, there are 14 imported cases reported today, who were infected overseas, involving three (3) Malaysians and 11 non-Malaysians who were travellers from:
- South Korea (4 cases)
- Japan (2 cases)
- Philippines (2 cases)
- Uzbekistan (1 case)
- China (1 case)
- Hong Kong (1 case)
- Nepal (1 case)
- United Kingdom (1 cases)
- Maldives (1 case)
Of the 1,040 local transmission cases, seven (7) cases are among returnees from Sabah. This brings the total number of cases reported to have a history of travel to Sabah since 20 September 2020 to 478 cases.
The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:
- Sabah: 678 cases
- 290 cases from existing active clusters.
- 221 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 1 case from Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) screening.
- 166 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.

The Batu Cluster Ends Today
MOH would like to inform that the Batu Cluster has ended today. This cluster was in Perak.
As of 3 November 2020, a total of 1,174 individuals have been screened. Of these, seven (7) were confirmed COVID-19 cases while the remaining 1,167 individuals tested negative. The positivity rate for this cluster is 0.60%. No COVID-19 death was reported in this cluster.
Two (2) New Clusters Reported Today
MOH would like to inform that there are two (2) new clusters have been identified today.
- The Cergas Cluster
This new cluster involves the Seremban district, Negeri Sembilan. The index case for this cluster (Case 30,751) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 29 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 11 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. These cases were admitted into Rembau Hospital, Tampin Hospital and the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital, Seremban.
As of 3 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 144 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 12 confirmed COVID-19 cases (10 additional cases reported today)
- 126 individuals tested negative
- 6 individuals awaiting results
- The Permatang Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kulim district in Kedah and the Seberang Perai Tengah, Seberang Perai Utara and Timur Laut districts in Pulau Pinang. The index case for this cluster (Case 34,174) was a Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) patient in a private medical centre and detected positive for COVID-19 on 31 October 2020. The index case was transferred to the ICU in Pulau Pinang Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified seven (7) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. These cases were also admitted into Pulau Pinang Hospital.
As of 3 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 97 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Eight (8) confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
- 74 individuals tested negative
- 15 individuals awaiting results
Health Advisory on COVID-19
MOH advices the public to continue to comply to the recommendations and health advisories that are often emphasised. These advisories must be incorporated as the new normal in our daily life, including:
- Avoid the 3Cs: Avoid Crowded places; Confined spaces; and Close conversations.
- Practice the 3Ws: Wash hands frequently with water and soap; Wearing facemasks is now mandatory in public areas (starting from 1 August 2020 as directed by the National Security Council) or highly recommended if symptomatic; Warn self and others for the following, in line with MOH’s advisories:
- Avoid shaking hands or touching others, including bumping parts of the body in lieu of shaking hands
- Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette
- Seek early treatment if symptomatic
- Stay at home and avoid from visiting others
- Regularly clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces in common areas
In addition to the SOPs, continue to adhere to THiS as the new normal:
- T: Terms set under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)
- Hi: High-risk groups such as children, infants, older adults and the disabled must be protected, and if unwell with symptoms, to seek early treatment
- S: Safe physical distancing is practiced at all times, of at least 1 metre away from others
MOH will continue to monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, both in the country as well as internationally, based on available information from the World Health Organization (WHO). The public will be continuously updated on the latest information. In addition, MOH will ensure that appropriate preventive and control measures are continuously implemented.

UPDATES ON THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)
SITUATION IN MALAYSIA

Current Status of Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Who Have Recovered
The Ministry of Health (MOH) is pleased to inform that today Malaysia reported 900 COVID-19 recovery cases. Therefore, cumulatively, 23,120 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (69.3% of total cumulative cases).
Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia
Today Sabah reported 503 cases (60.3%). The states in the Klang Valley reported 157 cases (18.8%) of the total number of cases. WP Labuan reported an increase of almost six (6) times from 18 confirmed cases yesterday to 105 confirmed cases today. These five states accounted for 765 cases (91.7%) in total. The surge in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in WP Labuan is due to more targeted screening conducted in the field. A community screening conducted at Jalan Tenaga, WP Labuan has identified 57 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases today. All these states are still under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
A total of 64 cases (7.7% of the total) related to the prison and temporary detention centre clusters are reported today i.e. the Tawau Temporary Detention Centre (42 cases), Penjara Seberang Perai Cluster (9 cases), Penjara Kepayan Cluster (8 cases), Rumah Merah Cluster (4 cases) and Penjara Tapah Cluster (1 case).
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 834 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively, there are 33,339 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 9.968 active and infective COVID-19 cases.
Of the 834 additional cases reported today, there are three (3) imported cases reported today, who were infected overseas, involving one (1) Malaysian and two (2) non-Malaysians who were travellers from:
- USA (1 case in Kuala Lumpur)
- India (1 case in Kuala Lumpur)
- Indonesia (1 case in Johor)
The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:
- Sabah: 503 cases
- 84 cases from existing active clusters, including 42 cases from a new cluster i.e. PTS Tawau Cluster.

Five (5) New Clusters Reported Today
MOH would like to inform that there are five (5) new clusters have been identified today.
- The PTS Tawau Cluster
This new cluster involves the Temporary Detention Centre in Tawau, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 15,423) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 5 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 103 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into Tawau Hospital.
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,671 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 104 confirmed COVID-19 cases (42 additional cases reported today)
- 1,567 individuals awaiting results
- The Tenaga Cluster
This new cluster involves the Batu Arang sub-zone in WP Labuan. The confirmed COVID-19 cases were detected from targeted screening of high-risk communities on 1 November 2020. All these cases were admitted into Labuan Hospital.
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 103 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 57 confirmed COVID-19 cases (57 cases reported today)
- 46 individuals awaiting results
- The Gedong Cluster
This new cluster involves the Seremban, Port Dickson and Rembau districts in Negeri Sembilan, the Petaling district in Selangor, the Johor Bahru district in Johor and WP Putrajaya. The index case for this cluster (Case 29,341) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 27 October 2020 and admitted into Rembau Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified 11 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 61 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 12 confirmed COVID-19 cases (5 additional cases)
- 19 individuals tested negative
- 30 individuals awaiting results
- The Wisma Saberkas Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kuching district, Sarawak. The index case for this cluster (Case 30,813) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 30 October 2020 and admitted into Sarawak General Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified seven (7) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 130 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Eight (8) confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
- 10 individuals tested negative
- 112 individuals awaiting results
- The Seridana Cluster
This new cluster involves WP Putrajaya. The index case for this cluster (Case 32,505) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 31 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified four (4) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital.
As of 2 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 31 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Five (5) confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
- 26 individuals awaiting results
The Sungai Cluster Ends Today
MOH would like to inform that the Sungai Cluster has ended today. This cluster involves Kedah and Perlis.
As of 2 November 2020, a total of 25,406 individuals have been screened. Of these, 101 were confirmed COVID-19 cases while the remaining 25,305 individuals tested negative. The positivity rate for this cluster is 0.40%. One (1) COVID-19 death was reported in this cluster.
