STATUS TERKINI KES DISAHKAN COVID-19 YANG TELAH PULIH
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa pada hari ini, Malaysia mencatatkan bilangan kes pulih COVID-19 sebanyak 820 kes. Ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes yang telah pulih sepenuhnya dari COVID-19 adalah 24,815 kes (70 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).
Pecahan kes yang sembuh adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah (472 kes);
- Selangor (103 kes);
- Negeri Sembilan (71 kes);
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (66 kes);
- Pulau Pinang (46 kes);
- Kedah (21 kes);
- Perak (21 kes);
- Sarawak (14 kes);
- Johor (3 kes);
- Kelantan (2 kes); dan
- Melaka (1 kes).
STATUS TERKINI KES COVID-19 DI MALAYSIA
Secara keseluruhannya, sehingga 4 November 2020 pukul 12:00 tengah hari, sebanyak 1,032 kes baharu telah dilaporkan menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 35,425 kes. Manakala, jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 pula adalah 10,339 kes.
Dimaklumkan pada hari ini, negeri Sabah mencatatkan jumlah tertinggi sebanyak 646 kes (62.6 peratus) daripada keseluruhan kes positif harian. Negeri-negeri di Lembah Klang pula mencatatkan 244 kes (23.6 peratus). Manakala, Wilayah Persekutuan (WP) Labuan pula mencatatkan 28 (2.7 peratus) kes positif pada hari ini. Kelima-lima negeri ini telah menyumbang sebanyak 918 kes (89.0 peratus) secara keseluruhan. Negeri-negeri ini masih berada dalam Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB).
Sebanyak 98 kes (9.5 peratus) yang dilaporkan pula adalah berkaitan kluster-kluster penjara dan Pusat Tahanan Sementara (PTS). Ini melibatkan Kluster Penjara Sandakan (34 kes), Kluster Penjara Kepayan (24 kes), Kluster Penjara Seberang Perai (16 kes), Kluster Rumah Merah (11 kes), Kluster Tembok (8 kes) dan Kluster Benteng PK (5 kes).
Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 1,032 kes baharu pada hari ini, terdapat tiga (3) kes import yang mendapat jangkitan dari luar negara yang kesemuanya melibatkan bukan warganegara yang tiba dari negara:
- India (1 kes);
- Singapura (1 kes); dan
- Filipina (1 kes).
Daripada 1,029 kes penularan di dalam negara, satu (1) kes merupakan pengunjung yang pulang dari Sabah. Ini menjadikan jumlah kes dilaporkan mempunyai sejarah perjalanan ke Sabah sejak 20 September 2020 adalah sebanyak 479 kes.
Perincian kes penularan COVID-19 dalam negara adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah: 646 kes
- 100 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk 54 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Penjara Sandakan, Kluster Dialisis, dan Kluster Sepanggar.
- 367 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- 179 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Selangor: 231 kes
- 155 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk dua (2) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Aero;
- 40 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- Satu (1) kes saringan pulang dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Sabah);
- Satu (1) kes saringan Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
- 34 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Negeri Sembilan : 44 kes
- 36 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk 16 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Lengkuk;
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Tujuh (7) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan : 28 kes
- Enam (6) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- 10 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- 12 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Kedah : 25 kes
- 23 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada; dan
- Dua (2) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Pulau Pinang : 23 kes
- 21 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada; dan
- Dua (2) daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Sarawak : Sembilan (9) kes
- Enam (6) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Dua (2) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur : Tujuh (7) kes
- Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- Tiga (3) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Perak : Enam (6) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya : Empat (4) kes
- Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Gading; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Terengganu : Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster sedia ada.
- Kelantan: Dua (2) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Johor : Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga kini, terdapat 82 kes positif COVID-19 yang sedang dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), di mana 27 kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.
Daripada maklumat terkini yang dilaporkan ke Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) Kebangsaan, dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertambahan lapan (8) kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19. Justeru, jumlah kumulatif kes kematian COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 271 kes (0.8 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

KKM mengucapkan takziah kepada semua ahli keluarga mereka.
KLUSTER DIISYTIHAR TAMAT
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa dua (2) kluster diisytiharkan tamat pada hari ini iaitu Kluster Embun dan Kluster Bah Tanjung. Tiada kes kematian yang dilaporkan daripada kluster-kluster ini.
- KLUSTER EMBUN
Kluster ini melibatkan negeri Selangor. Sehingga 4 November 2020, seramai 247 orang telah disaring di mana tujuh (7) kes dikesan positif COVID-19. Kadar positiviti bagi kluster ini adalah 2.83%.
- KLUSTER BAH TANJUNG
Kluster ini melibatkan negeri Terengganu. Sehingga 4 November 2020, seramai 230 orang telah disaring di mana lapan (8) kes dikesan positif COVID-19. Kadar positiviti bagi kluster ini adalah 3.48%.
ENAM (6) KLUSTER BAHARU DILAPORKAN HARI INI
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat enam (6) kluster baharu telah dikenal pasti pada hari ini iaitu;
- KLUSTER PENJARA SANDAKAN
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan sebuah penjara di daerah Sandakan, negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-29176) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan banduan pada 27 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 38 lagi kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 293 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 39 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (34 kes baharu); dan
- 254 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER DIALISIS
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Sandakan dan Lahad Datu di negeri Sabah. Kes-kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-25306, kes ke-25316 dan kes ke-26223) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan petugas kesihatan pada 23 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 16 lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes dimasukkan ke Hospital Lahad Datu.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 49 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 19 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (14 kes baharu); dan
- 30 individu dikesan negatif.
- KLUSTER SEPANGGAR
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kota Kinabalu di negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-25339) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 24 Oktober 2020 dan telah dimasukkan ke Pusat Kuarantin dan Rawatan COVID-19 Berisiko Rendah, Institut Kemahiran Mara (IKM), Sepanggar, Sabah. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak tujuh (7) lagi kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 95 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Lapan (8) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (6 kes baharu);
- 86 individu dikesan negatif; dan
- Satu (1) individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER AERO
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Petaling di negeri Selangor. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-35186) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan kontak rapat pada 3 November 2020 dan telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh. Saringan kontak rapat yang seterusnya telah mengesan sebanyak 10 lagi kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 95 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 11 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (2 kes baharu); dan
- 84 individu dikesan negatif.
- KLUSTER LENGKUK
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Sepang di negeri Selangor dan daerah Seremban, Port Dickson serta Rembau di Negeri Sembilan. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-29916) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 28 Oktober 2020 dan dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 23 lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kes-kes tersebut dimasukkan ke Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar, Hospital Rembau dan Hospital Tampin.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 86 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 24 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (16 kes baharu); dan
- 62 individu dikesan negatif.
- KLUSTER GADING
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dan daerah Seremban di Negeri Sembilan. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-30090) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan kontak rapat pada 29 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat yang seterusnya telah mengesan sebanyak enam (6) lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh.
Sehingga 4 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 32 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Tujuh (7) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (3 kes baharu);
- Lapan (8) individu dikesan negatif; dan
- 17 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
NASIHAT KESIHATAN BERKAITAN COVID-19
KKM ingin menasihati orang ramai agar terus patuhi saranan serta nasihat-nasihat kesihatan yang sering ditekankan. Jadikanlah nasihat-nasihat ini satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian:
- Elakkan 3S / 3C : iaitu elakkan kawasan yang sesak (Crowded place), elakkan kawasan yang sempit (Confined space) dan elak sembang atau bertutur dengan jarak yang dekat (Close conversation).
- Amalkan 3W : iaitu kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun (Wash), memakai alat pelitup muka (facemask) di tempat awam yang telah diwajibkan oleh pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) mulai 1 Ogos 2020 atau jika bergejala (Wear), dan (Warn) iaitu amaran dari KKM yang lebih berkonsep peringatan seperti:
- Elakkan bersalaman / bersentuhan termasuk melagakan mana-mana bahagian tubuh badan sebagai menggantikan cara kebiasaan bersalam;
- Amalkan etika batuk dan bersin;
- Dapatkan rawatan segera jika bergejala;
- Duduk di rumah dan elakkan kunjung-mengunjung;
- Lakukan aktiviti disinfeksi dan pembersihan di kawasan yang kerap disentuh.
Patuhlah kepada S.O.P sebagai normal baharu iaitu:
- S : Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP);
- O : Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan;
- P : Penjarakan fizikal (physical distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter diamalkan pada setiap masa.
KKM akan terus memantau perkembangan kejadian jangkitan di dalam negara, dan juga luar negara melalui maklumat yang diperolehi daripada pihak Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO). Orang ramai akan sentiasa dimaklumkan sebarang perkembangan terkini mengenainya. Begitu juga, KKM akan memastikan langkah pencegahan dan kawalan yang sewajarnya adalah dilaksanakan secara berterusan.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) is pleased to inform that today Malaysia reported 820 COVID-19 recovery cases. Therefore, cumulatively, 24,815 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (70% of total cumulative cases).
The breakdown of recovery cases by states is as follows:
- Sabah (472 cases)
- Selangor (103 cases)
- Negeri Sembilan (71 cases)
- WP Labuan (66 cases)
- Pulau Pinang (46 cases)
- Kedah (21 cases)
- Perak (21 cases)
- Sarawak (14 cases)
- Johor (3 cases)
- Kelantan (2 cases)
- Melaka (1 case)
Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,032 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively, there are 35,425 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 10,339 active and infective COVID-19 cases.
Today, Sabah reported the highest number at 646 cases (62.6%) from the total additional cases reported today. The states in the Klang Valley reported 244 cases (23.6%) of the total number of cases. Meanwhile, WP Labuan reported 28 confirmed cases (2.7%) today. These five states accounted for 918 cases (89.0%) in total and are still under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
A total of 98 cases (9.5% of the total) related to the prison and temporary detention centre clusters are reported today. This involves the Penjara Sandakan Cluster (34 cases), Penjara Kepayan Cluster (24 cases), Penjara Seberang Perai Cluster (16 cases), Rumah Merah Cluster (11 cases), Tembok Cluster (8 cases) and Benteng PK Cluster (5 cases).
Of the 1,032 additional cases reported today, there are three (3) imported cases reported today, who were infected overseas, involving non-Malaysians who were travellers from:
- India (1 case)
- Singapore (1 case)
- Philippines (1 case)
Of the 1,029 local transmission cases, one (1) case is among returnees from Sabah. This brings the total number of cases reported to have a history of travel to Sabah since 20 September 2020 to 479 cases.
The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:
- Sabah: 646 cases
- 100 cases from existing active clusters, including 54 cases from new clusters i.e. Penjara Sandakan Cluster, Dialisis Cluster and Sepanggar Cluster.
- 367 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 179 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Selangor: 231 cases
- 155 cases from existing active clusters, including 2 cases from a new cluster i.e. Aero Cluster.
- 40 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 1 case from screening of returnees from high-risk areas (Sabah).
- 1 case from Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) screening.
- 34 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Negeri Sembilan: 44 cases
- 36 cases from existing active clusters, including 16 cases from a new cluster i.e. Lengkuk Cluster.
- 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 7 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- WP Labuan: 28 cases
- 6 cases from existing active clusters.
- 10 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 12 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Kedah: 25 cases
- 23 cases from existing active clusters.
- 2 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Pulau Pinang: 23 cases
- 21 cases from existing active clusters.
- 2 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Sarawak: 9 cases
- 6 cases from existing active clusters.
- 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 2 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Kuala Lumpur: 7 cases
- 3 cases from existing active clusters.
- 3 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 1 case from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Perak: 6 cases from existing active clusters.
- WP Putrajaya: 4 cases
- 3 cases from a new cluster i.e. Gading Cluster.
- 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Terengganu: 3 cases from existing active clusters.
- Kelantan: 2 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Johor: 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
Currently, 82 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with 27 patients on ventilation support.
Regretfully, eight (8) additional COVID-19 deaths were reported to the National CPRC MOH today. Cumulatively, there are now 271 COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia (0.8% of total cumulative cases).

Clusters Ending Today
MOH would like to inform that two (2) clusters have ended today i.e. the Embun Cluster and Bah Tanjung Cluster. No COVID-19 deaths were reported in these clusters.
- The Embun Cluster
This cluster was in Selangor. As of 4 November 2020, a total of 247 individuals have been screened, of which seven (7) confirmed COVID-19 cases were detected. The positivity rate for this cluster is 2.83%.
- The Bah Tanjung Cluster
This cluster was in Terengganu. As of 4 November 2020, a total of 230 individuals have been screened, of which eight (8) confirmed COVID-19 cases were detected. The positivity rate for this cluster is 3.48%.
Six (6) New Clusters Reported Today
MOH would like to inform that there are six (6) new clusters identified today.
- The Penjara Sandakan Cluster
This new cluster involves a prison in the Sandakan district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 29,176) was detected positive for COVID-19 from screening of prisoners on 27 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 38 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 293 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 39 confirmed COVID-19 cases (34 additional cases reported today)
- 254 individuals awaiting results
- The Dialisis Cluster
This new cluster involves the Sandakan and Lahad Datu districts in Sabah. The index cases for this cluster (Case 25,306, Case 25,316 and Case 26,223) were detected positive for COVID-19 from screening of healthcare workers on 23 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 16 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into Lahad Datu Hospital.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 49 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 19 confirmed COVID-19 cases (14 additional cases)
- 30 individuals tested negative
- The Sepanggar Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kota Kinabalu district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 25,339) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 24 October 2020 and admitted into the COVID-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre at the Institut Kemahiran Mara (IKM), Sepanggar, Sabah. Screening of close contacts has identified seven (7) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 95 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Eight (8) confirmed COVID-19 cases (6 additional cases)
- 86 individuals tested negative
- 1 individual awaiting result
- The Aero Cluster
This new cluster involves the Petaling district, Selangor. The index case for this cluster (Case 35,186) was detected positive for COVID-19 from screening of close contacts on 3 November 2020 and admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital. Further screening of close contacts has identified 10 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 95 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 11 confirmed COVID-19 cases (2 additional cases)
- 84 individuals tested negative
- The Lengkuk Cluster
This new cluster involves the Sepang district in Selangor, and the Seremban, Port Dickson and Rembau districts in Negeri Sembilan. The index case for this cluster (Case 29,916) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 28 October 2020 and admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified 23 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. These cases were admitted into the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital, Rembau Hospital and Tampin Hospital.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 86 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 24 confirmed COVID-19 cases (16 additional cases)
- 62 individuals tested negative
- The Gading Cluster
This new cluster involves WP Putrajaya and the Seremban district, Negeri Sembilan. The index case for this cluster (Case 30,090) was detected positive for COVID-19 from screening of close contacts on 29 October 2020. Further screening of close contacts has identified six (6) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital.
As of 4 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 32 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Seven (7) confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
- 8 individuals tested negative
- 17 individuals awaiting results
Health Advisory on COVID-19
MOH advices the public to continue to comply to the recommendations and health advisories that are often emphasised. These advisories must be incorporated as the new normal in our daily life, including:
- Avoid the 3Cs: Avoid Crowded places; Confined spaces; and Close conversations.
- Practice the 3Ws: Wash hands frequently with water and soap; Wearing facemasks is now mandatory in public areas (starting from 1 August 2020 as directed by the National Security Council) or highly recommended if symptomatic; Warn self and others for the following, in line with MOH’s advisories:
- Avoid shaking hands or touching others, including bumping parts of the body in lieu of shaking hands
- Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette
- Seek early treatment if symptomatic
- Stay at home and avoid from visiting others
- Regularly clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces in common areas
In addition to the SOPs, continue to adhere to THiS as the new normal:
- T: Terms set under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)
- Hi: High-risk groups such as children, infants, older adults and the disabled must be protected, and if unwell with symptoms, to seek early treatment
- S: Safe physical distancing is practiced at all times, of at least 1 metre away from others
MOH will continue to monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, both in the country as well as internationally, based on available information from the World Health Organization (WHO). The public will be continuously updated on the latest information. In addition, MOH will ensure that appropriate preventive and control measures are continuously implemented.
