STATUS TERKINI KES DISAHKAN COVID-19 YANG TELAH PULIH
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa pada hari ini, Malaysia mencatatkan bilangan kes pulih COVID-19 sebanyak 1,345 kes. Ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes yang telah pulih sepenuhnya dari COVID-19 adalah 29,579 kes (71.8 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).
Pecahan kes yang sembuh adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah (967 kes);
- Selangor (235 kes);
- Negeri Sembilan (63 kes);
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (48 kes);
- Pulau Pinang (17 kes);
- Sarawak (7 kes);
- Kedah (2 kes);
- Perak (2 kes);
- Melaka (2 kes); dan
- Kelantan (2 kes).
STATUS TERKINI KES COVID-19 DI MALAYSIA
Secara keseluruhannya, sehingga 9 November 2020 pukul 12:00 tengah hari, sebanyak 972 kes baharu telah dilaporkan menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 41,181 kes. Manakala, jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 pula adalah 11,308 kes.
Untuk makluman, negeri Sabah mencatatkan sebanyak 370 kes (38.1 peratus) daripada keseluruhan kes positif pada hari ini. Negeri-negeri di Lembah Klang pula mencatatkan sebanyak 165 kes (17.0 peratus) daripada jumlah keseluruhan.
Sebanyak 14 kes (1.4 peratus) yang dilaporkan adalah berkaitan kluster-kluster di Pusat Tahanan Sementara (PTS) dan penjara. Ini melibatkan Kluster PTS Tawau (6 kes), Kluster Penjara Sandakan (4 kes) dan Kluster Penjara Kepayan (4 kes).
Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 972 kes baharu pada hari ini, terdapat lima (5) kes import yang mendapat jangkitan dari luar negara yang melibatkan dua (2) warganegara dan tiga (3) bukan warganegara yang tiba dari negara:
- Filipina (2 kes di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur);
- Singapura (2 kes di Johor); dan
- Nepal ( 1 kes di Selangor).
Perincian kes penularan COVID-19 dalam negara adalah seperti berikut:
- Sabah: 370 kes
- 120 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk 27 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Nahaba dan Kluster Numbak; dan
- 164 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- 86 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Negeri Sembilan : 260 kes
- 247 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- Tiga (3) daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- 10 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Selangor: 137 kes
- 57 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk satu (1) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Perigi;
- 36 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
- Dua (2) kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
- 42 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan : 63 kes
- 18 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
- 30 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- 15 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur : 20 kes
- 14 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk satu (1) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Seri Terapi;
- Empat (4) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
- Dua (2) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Perak : 51 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada.
- Pulau Pinang : 34 kes
- 28 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada; dan
- Enam (6) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Kedah : Lapan (8) kes
- Tujuh (7) kesdaripada kluster- kluster sedia ada; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Johor : Lapan (8) kes
- Lima (5) kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk empat (4) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Padang; dan
- Tiga (3) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Melaka : Lima (5) kes
- Empat (4) daripada kluster sedia ada; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
- Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya : Lima (5) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Harmoni.
- Sarawak : Empat (4) kes
- Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada; dan
- Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
- Kelantan: Dua (2) kes daripada kluster sedia ada.
Sehingga kini, terdapat 86 kes positif COVID-19 yang sedang dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), di mana 31 kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.
Daripada maklumat terkini yang dilaporkan ke Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) Kebangsaan, dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertambahan lapan (8) kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19. Justeru, jumlah kumulatif kes kematian COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 294 kes (0.7 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

KKM mengucapkan takziah kepada semua ahli keluarga mereka.
KLUSTER BAH PERDANA DIISYTIHAR TAMAT
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa, Kluster Bah Perdana telah tamat pada hari ini. Kluster ini melibatkan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, seramai 55 individu telah disaring di mana sembilan (9) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 dan baki 46 individu adalah negatif. Tiada kes kematian dilaporkan dalam kluster ini.
ENAM (6) KLUSTER BAHARU DILAPORKAN HARI INI
KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat enam (6) kluster baharu telah dikenal pasti pada hari ini iaitu;
- KLUSTER NAHABA
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kota Belud di negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-35808) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 4 November 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 24 lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes telah dimasukkan ke Pusat Kuarantin dan Rawatan COVID-19 Berisiko Rendah Seri Bayu Pirasan, Kota Belud.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 65 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 25 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (24 kes baharu); dan
- 40 individu dikesan negatif.
- KLUSTER NUMBAK
Kluster ini melibatkan daerah Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-22036) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan kemasukan ke wad di Hospital Queen Elizabeth pada 17 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak tujuh (7) lagi kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 21 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Lapan (8) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (3 kes baharu);
- Tujuh (7) individu dikesan negatif; dan
- Enam (6) individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER PERIGI
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Klang di negeri Selangor. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-18667) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan di tempat kerja pada 15 Oktober 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 38 lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 124 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 39 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (1 kes baharu);
- 85 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER SERI TERAPI
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kepong di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dan daerah Alor Gajah di negeri Melaka. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-36180) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 3 November 2020 dan kes telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 11 lagi kes positif COVID-19.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 126 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- 12 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (1 kes baharu);
- Lapan (8) individu dikesan negatif; dan
- 106 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER PADANG
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kota Tinggi di Johor. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-39210) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 5 November 2020. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak empat (4) lagi kes positif COVID-19. Kesemua kes telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom, Kluang.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 338 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Lima (5) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (4 kes baharu);
- 173 individu dikesan negatif; dan
- 160 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
- KLUSTER HARMONI
Kluster baharu ini melibatkan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya. Kes-kes bagi kluster ini telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan di tempat kerja pada 7 November 2020. Kesemua kes telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sungai Buloh.
Sehingga 9 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 50 individu telah disaring, di mana:
- Lima (5) kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (5 kes baharu);
- 28 individu dikesan negatif; dan
- 17 individu masih menunggu keputusan.
NASIHAT KESIHATAN BERKAITAN COVID-19
KKM ingin menasihati orang ramai agar terus patuhi saranan serta nasihat-nasihat kesihatan yang sering ditekankan. Jadikanlah nasihat-nasihat ini satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian:
- Elakkan 3S / 3C : iaitu elakkan kawasan yang sesak (Crowded place), elakkan kawasan yang sempit (Confined space) dan elak sembang atau bertutur dengan jarak yang dekat (Close conversation).
- Amalkan 3W : iaitu kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun (Wash), memakai alat pelitup muka (facemask) di tempat awam yang telah diwajibkan oleh pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) mulai 1 Ogos 2020 atau jika bergejala (Wear), dan (Warn) iaitu amaran dari KKM yang lebih berkonsep peringatan seperti:
- Elakkan bersalaman / bersentuhan termasuk melagakan mana-mana bahagian tubuh badan sebagai menggantikan cara kebiasaan bersalam;
- Amalkan etika batuk dan bersin;
- Dapatkan rawatan segera jika bergejala;
- Duduk di rumah dan elakkan kunjung-mengunjung;
- Lakukan aktiviti disinfeksi dan pembersihan di kawasan yang kerap disentuh.
Patuhlah kepada S.O.P sebagai normal baharu iaitu:
- S : Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP);
- O : Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan;
- P : Penjarakan fizikal (physical distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter diamalkan pada setiap masa.
KKM akan terus memantau perkembangan kejadian jangkitan di dalam negara, dan juga luar negara melalui maklumat yang diperolehi daripada pihak Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO). Orang ramai akan sentiasa dimaklumkan sebarang perkembangan terkini mengenainya. Begitu juga, KKM akan memastikan langkah pencegahan dan kawalan yang sewajarnya adalah dilaksanakan secara berterusan.

Current Status of Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Who Have Recovered
The Ministry of Health (MOH) is pleased to inform that today Malaysia reported 1,345 COVID-19 recovered cases. Therefore, cumulatively, 29,579 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (71.8% of total cumulative cases).
The breakdown of the recovered cases is as follows:
- Sabah (967 cases)
- Selangor (235 cases)
- Negeri Sembilan (63 cases)
- WP Labuan (48 cases)
- Pulau Pinang (17 cases)
- Sarawak (7 cases)
- Kedah (2 cases)
- Perak (2 cases)
- Melaka (2 cases)
- Kelantan (2 cases)
Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 972 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases are reported today. Cumulatively, there are 41,181 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 11,308 active and infective COVID-19 cases.
Today, Sabah reported 370 cases (38.1%) from the total confirmed cases. The states in the Klang Valley meanwhile reported 165 cases (17.0%) from the total reported today.
A total of 14 cases (1.4%) reported today are related to the prison and temporary detention centre (PTS) clusters. These are the PTS Tawau Cluster (6 cases), Penjara Sandakan Cluster (4 cases) and Penjara Kepayan Cluster (4 cases).
Of the 972 additional cases reported today, there are five (5) imported cases who were infected overseas, involving two (2) Malaysians and three (3) non-Malaysians, who were travellers from:
- Philippines (2 cases in Kuala Lumpur)
- Singapore (2 cases in Johor)
- Nepal (1 case in Selangor)
The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:
- Sabah: 370 cases
- 120 cases from existing active clusters, including 27 cases from new clusters i.e. Nahaba Cluster and Numbak Cluster.
- 164 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 86 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Negeri Sembilan: 260 cases
- 247 cases from existing active clusters.
- 3 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 10 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Selangor: 137 cases
- 57 cases from existing active clusters, including 1 case from a new cluster i.e. Perigi Cluster.
- 36 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 2 cases from Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) screening.
- 42 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- WP Labuan: 63 cases
- 18 cases from existing active clusters.
- 30 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 15 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Perak: 51 cases from existing active clusters.
- Pulau Pinang: 34 cases
- 28 cases from existing active clusters.
- 6 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Kuala Lumpur: 20 cases
- 14 cases from existing active clusters, including 1 case from a new cluster i.e. Seri Terapi Cluster.
- 4 cases from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- 2 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Kedah: 8 cases
- 7 cases from existing active clusters.
- 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Johor: 8 cases
- 5 cases from existing active clusters, including 4 cases from a new cluster i.e. Padang Cluster.
- 3 cases from other COVID-19 screenings.
- Melaka: 5 cases
- 4 cases from existing active clusters.
- 1 case from other COVID-19 screenings.
- WP Putrajaya: 5 cases from a new cluster i.e. Harmoni Cluster.
- Sarawak: 4 cases
- 3 cases from existing active clusters.
- 1 case from screening of close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
- Kelantan: 2 cases from existing active clusters.
Currently, 86 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with 31 patients on ventilation support.
Regretfully, eight (8) additional COVID-19 deaths were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively, there are now 294 COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia (0.7% of total cumulative cases).

MOH extends its condolences to all their family members.
The Bah Perdana Cluster Declared Ended Today
MOH would like to inform that the Bah Perdana Cluster was declared ended today. This cluster was in Kuala Lumpur.
As of 9 November 2020, a total of 55 individuals have been screened, of which nine (9) confirmed COVID-19 cases were detected and 46 individuals tested negative. No death was reported in this cluster.
Six (6) New Clusters Reported Today
MOH would like to inform that six (6) new clusters were identified today.
- The Nahaba Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kota Belud district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 35,808) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 4 November 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 24 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into the COVID-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre in Seri Bayu Pirasan, Kota Belud.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 65 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 25 confirmed COVID-19 cases (24 additional cases reported today)
- 40 individuals tested negative
- The Numbak Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kota Kinabalu district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 22,036) was detected positive for COVID-19 from pre-admission screening into Queen Elizabeth Hospital on 17 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified seven (7) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 21 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Eight (8) confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
- 7 individuals tested negative
- 6 individuals awaiting results
- The Perigi Cluster
This new cluster involves the Klang district, Selangor. The index case for this cluster (Case 18,667) was detected positive for COVID-19 from a workplace screening on 15 October 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 38 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 124 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 39 confirmed COVID-19 cases (1 additional case)
- 85 individuals awaiting results
- The Seri Terapi Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kepong district in Kuala Lumpur and Alor Gajah district in Melaka. The index case for this cluster (Case 36,180) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 3 November 2020 and admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified 11 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 126 individuals have been screened, of which:
- 12 confirmed COVID-19 cases (1 additional case)
- 8 individuals tested negative
- 106 individuals awaiting results
- The Padang Cluster
This new cluster involves the Kota Tinggi district, Johor. The index case for this cluster (Case 39,210) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 5 November 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified four (4) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into the Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom Hospital, Kluang.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 338 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Five (5) confirmed COVID-19 cases (4 additional cases)
- 173 individuals tested negative
- 160 individuals awaiting results
- The Harmoni Cluster
This new cluster involves WP Putrajaya. The cases in this cluster were detected positive for COVID-19 from a workplace screening on 7 November 2020. All these cases were admitted into Sungai Buloh Hospital.
As of 9 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 50 individuals have been screened, of which:
- Five (5) confirmed COVID-19 cases (5 cases reported today)
- 28 individuals tested negative
- 17 individuals awaiting results
Health Advisory on COVID-19
MOH advices the public to continue to comply to the recommendations and health advisories that are often emphasised. These advisories must be incorporated as the new normal in our daily life, including:
- Avoid the 3Cs: Avoid Crowded places; Confined spaces; and Close conversations.
- Practice the 3Ws: Wash hands frequently with water and soap; Wearing facemasks is now mandatory in public areas (starting from 1 August 2020 as directed by the National Security Council) or highly recommended if symptomatic; Warn self and others for the following, in line with MOH’s advisories:
- Avoid shaking hands or touching others, including bumping parts of the body in lieu of shaking hands
- Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette
- Seek early treatment if symptomatic
- Stay at home and avoid from visiting others
- Regularly clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces in common areas
In addition to the SOPs, continue to adhere to THiS as the new normal:
- T: Terms set under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)
- Hi: High-risk groups such as children, infants, older adults and the disabled must be protected, and if unwell with symptoms, to seek early treatment
- S: Safe physical distancing is practiced at all times, of at least 1 metre away from others
MOH will continue to monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, both in the country as well as internationally, based on available information from the World Health Organization (WHO). The public will be continuously updated on the latest information. In addition, MOH will ensure that appropriate preventive and control measures are continuously implemented.
