Kenyataan Akhbar KPK 15 November 2020 – Situasi Semasa Jangkitan Penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) di Malaysia

STATUS TERKINI KES DISAHKAN COVID-19 YANG TELAH PULIH

Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) ingin memaklumkan bahawa pada hari ini, Malaysia mencatatkan bilangan kes pulih COVID-19 sebanyak 1,013 kes. Ini menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes yang telah pulih sepenuhnya dari COVID-19 adalah 34,785 kes (73.4 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

Pecahan kes yang sembuh adalah seperti berikut:

  • Sabah (566 kes);
  • Negeri Sembilan (171 kes);
  • Selangor (154 kes);
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (66 kes);
  • Sarawak (17 kes);
  • Pulau Pinang (14 kes);
  • Perak (10 kes);
  • Kedah (6 kes);
  • Melaka (5 kes);
  • Johor (2 kes); dan
  • Terengganu (2 kes).

STATUS TERKINI KES COVID-19 DI MALAYSIA

Secara keseluruhannya, sehingga 15 November 2020 pukul 12:00 tengah hari, sebanyak 1,208 kes baharu telah dilaporkan menjadikan jumlah kes positif COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 47,417 kes. Manakala, jumlah kes aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 pula adalah 12,323 kes.

Untuk makluman, negeri Sabah mencatatkan sebanyak 381 kes (31.5 peratus) daripada keseluruhan kes positif pada hari ini. Negeri-negeri di Lembah Klang pula mencatatkan sebanyak 661 kes (54.7 peratus) positif pada hari ini. Daripada jumlah ini, sebanyak 594 kes adalah daripada kluster-kluster (89.9 peratus). Kluster yang melaporkan kes yang tertinggi adalah Kluster Tapak Bina Damanlela di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur iaitu sebanyak 460 kes.

Sebanyak tujuh (7) kes (0.6 peratus) yang dilaporkan adalah berkaitan kluster-kluster di penjara. Ini melibatkan Kluster Penjara Seberang Perai (4 kes), Kluster Penjara Sandakan (2 kes) dan Kluster Penjara Kepayan (1 kes).

Ingin dimaklumkan daripada 1,208 kes baharu pada hari ini, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur melaporkan enam (6) kes import yang mendapat jangkitan dari luar negara. Kesemua kes import tersebut melibatkan bukan warganegara yang tiba dari negara:

  • India (3 kes);
  • Bangladesh (1 kes);
  • Nepal (1 kes); dan
  • Indonesia (1 kes).

Perincian kes penularan COVID-19 dalam negara adalah seperti berikut:     

  • Sabah: 381 kes
    • 67 kes daripada kluster-kluster, termasuk 14 kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu  Kluster Plaza dan Kluster Jalan Kalabakan; dan
    • 191 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
    • 123 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur: 469 kes
    • 462 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Dua (2) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
    • Lima (5) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Selangor: 185 kes
    • 132 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • 24 kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
    • 29 kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Negeri Sembilan: 48 kes
    • 39 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Tujuh (7) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
    • Satu (1) kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Perak: 21 kes
    • Lapan (8) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Enam (6) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19; dan
    • Tujuh (7) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Pulau Pinang: 42 kes
    • 37 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Tiga (3) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
    • Satu (1) kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan: 30 kes
    • 19 kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada;
    • Sembilan (9) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19;
    • Satu (1) kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Johor: Sembilan (9) kes
    • Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster baharu iaitu Kluster Jeri;
    • Satu (1) kes Severe Acute Respiratory Infections (SARI); dan
    • Lima (5) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Kedah: Lapan (8) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada.
  • Sarawak: Empat (4) kes
    • Tiga (3) kes daripada kluster-kluster sedia ada; dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Melaka: Dua (2) kes
    • Satu (1) kes daripada kluster sedia ada; dan
    • Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Kelantan: Satu (1) kes daripada saringan kontak rapat kes positif COVID-19.
  • Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya: Satu (1) kes daripada lain-lain saringan COVID-19.
  • Perlis : Satu (1) kes daripada kluster sedia ada.

Sehingga kini, terdapat 104 kes positif COVID-19 yang sedang dirawat di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU), di mana 42 kes memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.

Daripada maklumat terkini yang dilaporkan ke Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) Kebangsaan, dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat pertambahan tiga (3) kes kematian berkaitan COVID-19. Justeru, jumlah kumulatif kes kematian COVID-19 di Malaysia adalah sebanyak 309 kes (0.7 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes).

KLUSTER BAH ARNAB DIISYTIHAR TAMAT

KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa, Kluster Bah Arnab telah tamat pada hari ini. Kluster ini melibatkan daerah Kuching di negeri Sarawak. Sehingga 15 November 2020, seramai 72 individu telah disaring di mana 12 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 manakala 60 individu lagi adalah negatif. Tiada kematian dilaporkan bagi kluster ini.

TIGA (3) KLUSTER BAHARU DILAPORKAN HARI INI

KKM ingin memaklumkan bahawa terdapat tiga (3) kluster baharu telah dikenal pasti pada hari ini iaitu;

  • KLUSTER PLAZA

Kluster baharu ini melibatkan daerah Kota Kinabalu di negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-42299) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 11 November 2020 dan telah dimasukkan ke Pusat Kuarantin dan Rawatan COVID-19 Berisiko Rendah, Institut Kemahiran MARA, Kota Kinabalu. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 11 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 15 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 19 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 12 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (11 kes baharu);  dan
  • Tujuh (7) individu dikesan negatif.
  • KLUSTER JALAN KALABAKAN

Kluster baharu ini  melibatkan daerah Tawau di negeri Sabah. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini (iaitu kes ke-31309) telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan individu bergejala pada 31 Oktober 2020 dan telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Tawau. Saringan kontak rapat telah mengesan sebanyak 21 lagi kes positif COVID-19.

Sehingga 15 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 22 individu telah disaring, di mana kesemua 22 kes telah dikesan positif COVID-19 (3 kes baharu).

  • KLUSTER JERI

Kluster baharu ini  melibatkan daerah Kota Tinggi, Mersing, dan Muar di negeri Johor. Kes indeks bagi kluster ini telah dikenal pasti positif COVID-19 hasil saringan di Pintu Masuk Antarabangsa (PMA), Singapura pada 6 November 2020. Saringan kontak rapat di Malaysia telah mengesan sebanyak 26 kes positif COVID-19 dan kes-kes ini telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom, Kluang, Johor.

Sehingga 15 November 2020, 12 tengah hari, sejumlah 1,170 individu telah disaring, di mana:

  • 26 kes dikesan positif COVID-19 (3 kes baharu); dan
  • 535 individu dikesan negatif; dan
  • 609 individu masih menunggu keputusan.

NASIHAT KESIHATAN BERKAITAN COVID-19

KKM ingin menasihati orang ramai agar terus patuhi saranan serta nasihat-nasihat kesihatan yang sering ditekankan. Jadikanlah nasihat-nasihat ini satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian:

  • Elakkan 3S / 3C : iaitu elakkan kawasan yang sesak (Crowded place), elakkan kawasan yang sempit (Confined space) dan elak sembang atau bertutur dengan jarak yang dekat (Close conversation).
  • Amalkan 3W : iaitu kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun (Wash), memakai alat pelitup muka (facemask) di tempat awam yang telah diwajibkan oleh pihak Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) mulai 1 Ogos 2020 atau jika bergejala (Wear), dan (Warn) iaitu amaran dari KKM yang lebih berkonsep peringatan seperti:
  • Elakkan bersalaman / bersentuhan termasuk melagakan mana-mana bahagian tubuh badan sebagai menggantikan cara kebiasaan bersalam;
    • Amalkan etika batuk dan bersin;
    • Dapatkan rawatan segera jika bergejala;
    • Duduk di rumah dan elakkan kunjung-mengunjung;
    • Lakukan aktiviti disinfeksi dan pembersihan di kawasan yang kerap disentuh.

Patuhlah kepada S.O.P sebagai normal baharu iaitu:

  • S : Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP);
  • O : Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan;
  • P : Penjarakan fizikal (physical distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter diamalkan pada setiap masa.

KKM akan terus memantau perkembangan kejadian jangkitan di dalam negara, dan juga luar negara melalui maklumat yang diperolehi daripada pihak Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO). Orang ramai akan sentiasa dimaklumkan sebarang perkembangan terkini mengenainya. Begitu juga, KKM akan memastikan langkah pencegahan dan kawalan yang sewajarnya adalah dilaksanakan secara berterusan.

UPDATES ON THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)

SITUATION IN MALAYSIA

15 November 2020

Current Status of Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Who Have Recovered

The Ministry of Health (MOH) is pleased to inform that today Malaysia reported 1,013 COVID-19 recovered cases. Therefore, cumulatively, 34,785 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (73.4% of total cumulative cases).

The breakdown of the recovered cases is as follows:

  • Sabah (566 cases)
    • Negeri Sembilan (171 cases)
    • Selangor (154 cases)
    • WP Labuan (66 cases)
    • Sarawak (17 cases)
    • Pulau Pinang (14 cases)
    • Perak (10 cases)
    • Kedah (6 cases)
    • Melaka (5 cases)
    • Johor (2 cases)
    • Terengganu (2 cases)

Current Situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia

As of 15 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,208 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases are reported today. Cumulatively, there are 47,417 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 12,323 active and infective COVID-19 cases.

Today, Sabah reported 381 cases (31.5%) from the total confirmed cases. States in the Klang Valley meanwhile reported 661 cases (54.7%) today; of these, 594 cases (89.9%) are from existing active clusters. The cluster with the highest reported number of cases is the Tapak Bina Damanlela Cluster in Kuala Lumpur, with 460 cases.

Today, a total of 7 cases (0.6%) reported are related to the prison clusters i.e. from the Penjara Seberang Perai Cluster (4 cases), Penjara Sandakan Cluster (2 cases) and Penjara Kepayan Cluster (1 case).

Of the 1,208 additional cases reported today, there are six (6) imported cases who were infected overseas reported in Kuala Lumpur, involving non-Malaysians who were travellers from:

  • India (3 cases)
  • Bangladesh (1 case)
  • Nepal (1 case)
  • Indonesia (1 case)

The details of the local transmission COVID-19 cases are as follows:

  • Sabah: 381 cases

  • WP Putrajaya: 1 case from other COVID-19 screenings.
  • Perlis: 1 case from an existing active cluster.

Currently, 104 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with 42 patients on ventilation support.

Regretfully, three (3) additional COVID-19 deaths were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively, there are now 309 COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia (0.7% of total cumulative cases).

MOH extends its condolences to all family members.

The Bah Arnab Cluster Declared Ended

MOH would like to inform that the Bah Arnab Cluster is declared ended today.This cluster involved the Kuching district in Sarawak. As of 15 November 2020, a total of 72 individuals were screened, of which 12 confirmed COVID-19 cases were detected while the remaining 60 individuals tested negative. No deaths were reported for this cluster.

Three (3) New Clusters Reported Today

MOH would like to inform that three (3) new clusters were identified today.

  • The Plaza Cluster

This cluster involves the Kota Kinabalu district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 42,299) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 11 November 2020 and admitted into the COVID-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre in Institut Kemahiran MARA, Kota Kinabalu. Screening of close contacts has identified 11 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 15 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 19 individuals have been screened, of which:

  • 12 confirmed COVID-19 cases (11 additional cases reported today)
  • 7 individuals tested negative
  • The Jalan Kalabakan Cluster

This cluster involves the Tawau district, Sabah. The index case for this cluster (Case 31,309) was detected positive for COVID-19 from symptomatic screening on 31 October 2020 and admitted into Tawau Hospital. Screening of close contacts has identified 21 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 15 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 22 individuals have been screened, of which all 22 tested positive (3 additional cases)

  • The Jeri Cluster

This cluster involves the Kota Tinggi, Mersing and Muar districts in Johor. The index case for this cluster was detected positive for COVID-19 from screening at the International Port of Entry, Singapore, on 6 November 2020. Screening of close contacts has identified 25 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases. All these cases were admitted into the Enche’ Besar Hajjah Khalsom Hospital, Kluang, Johor.

As of 15 November 2020, 12 pm, a total of 1,170 individuals have been screened, of which:

  • 26 confirmed COVID-19 cases (3 additional cases)
  • 535 individuals tested negative
  • 609 individuals awaiting results

Health Advisory on COVID-19

MOH advices the public to continue to comply to the recommendations and health advisories that are often emphasised. These advisories must be incorporated as the new normal in our daily life, including:

  • Avoid the 3Cs: Avoid Crowded places; Confined spaces; and Close conversations.
  • Practice the 3Ws: Wash hands frequently with water and soap; Wearing facemasks is now mandatory in public areas (starting from 1 August 2020 as directed by the National Security Council) or highly recommended if symptomatic; Warn self and others for the following, in line with MOH’s advisories:
  • Avoid shaking hands or touching others, including bumping parts of the body in lieu of shaking hands
    • Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette
    • Seek early treatment if symptomatic
    • Stay at home and avoid from visiting others
    • Regularly clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces in common areas

In addition to the SOPs, continue to adhere to THiS as the new normal:

  • T: Terms set under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO)
  • Hi: High-risk groups such as children, infants, older adults and the disabled must be protected, and if unwell with symptoms, to seek early treatment
  • S: Safe physical distancing is practiced at all times, of at least 1 metre away from others

MOH will continue to monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, both in the country as well as internationally, based on available information from the World Health Organization (WHO). The public will be continuously updated on the latest information. In addition, MOH will ensure that appropriate preventive and control measures are continuously implemented.
